Lanark County Mental Health: Local community mental health organization offering publicly-funded mental health services.
Lanark County Interval House: Emergency shelter for women and children fleeing domestic violence. Counselling and support programs available for victims.

BounceBack Ontario: FREE Mental Health skill building program delivered over the phone and online, managed by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA)

SmartRecovery: Free addictions self-help/mutual support meetings, available locally. In-person and virtual meetings available.

Ink Blot Therapy: Helps match you to regional psychotherapists based on your preferences/answers to some simple questions.
Pregnancy and Newborn
Community breastfeeding supports: Published by our local health unit.
Infant Feeding Clinic: Do you have any questions about feeding your newborn? Book an appointment with the public health nurse to get your questions answered and get invaluable tips. Supporting all mothers and babies, whether breastfed or bottle-fed.
Children's Health
Caring for Kids: An evidence-based resource for parents developed by Canada’s Paediatricians.
KidsInclusive: Child Development Centre based out of Kingston, Ontario, providing rehabilitation and support services for children and youth in the Lanark, Leeds, and Grenville region.
On the Ball Pediatric: Pediatric physiotherapy and occupational therapy services based in Ottawa, but also provides in-home services to children in the surrounding regions, including Perth, Smiths Falls, and Carleton Place. Virtual assessments also available, if appropriate.
